Each player is assigned a unique PIN code stored in their CourtReserve account.
Once you book a reservation or register for an event, your PIN will open the outside door to the facility 15 minutes before your scheduled time:
- Enter your PIN code followed by the # sign on the front door keypad
- Check yourself in at the kiosk just inside the entrance to the courts . Enter your member number (found by tapping the barcode icon on the app homepage)
Please note: Only players with confirmed reservations or event registrations will be granted access to the facility outside of staffed hours.
