Code of Conduct

At Peak Paddle & Racket Club, we’re here for the love of the game—and the community it creates. To keep our space fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone, members agree to uphold the following standards of conduct:

1. Be Kind

Treat all players, guests, and staff with respect, regardless of skill level or match outcome. Any form of harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or verbal abuse will not be tolerated.

2. Play Fair

Honor the rules of the game and play with integrity. This includes using proper equipment, wearing appropriate attire (shirts and court shoes required), and respecting the spirit of good sportsmanship in all interactions.

3. Keep It Safe

Reckless, aggressive, or unsafe play is not permitted. Use equipment responsibly, report hazards, and be mindful of others on and around the courts. Impaired play due to alcohol, drugs, or other substances is not allowed. Weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.

4. Respect Facility Boundaries

Stay within PPRC-designated areas. Entering shared tenant spaces or crossing curtains into restricted zones puts your safety at risk and is grounds for immediate termination.

5. Follow Staff Direction

PPRC staff are here to help keep things running smoothly. Members agree to follow all staff instructions and resolve issues respectfully through proper channels.

6. No Tolerance for Abuse

Physical altercations, threats, harassment, or abusive language will result in immediate disciplinary action and may include revocation of membership and/or reporting to authorities.

7. All Players Must Check In

Court access is limited to players who are registered for a session or event, or listed on a court reservation, with an active CourtReserve account and completed waiver on file. Members may not bring unregistered individuals or allow access to anyone not scheduled in the app. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

Violations & Enforcement

By participating in activities at PPRC, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in disciplinary action, including verbal warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent revocation of membership, depending on the severity of the offense. Our goal is to preserve a vibrant, respectful community where everyone can enjoy a life well played.
